Fulper early Arts & Crafts style hooded candle shield covered in a deep blue crystalline glaze and having all three of the original glass inserts - 2 triangular white and one rectangular blue. Marked on the bottom with the die-stamped "incised" mark and having a small remnant of an original paper label. There is a minor grinding chip on the foot ring. This shape is seldom seen and typically will be missing one or more of the glass inserts. Height is 10 5/8 inches.
