Description
The first is a celadon hoop carved as a coiled dragon. The second is a brown bell-shaped pendant with each side incised with coiled chilong, the other side with an archaic mask and a two-character inscription.
Condition: The disc: small area of roughness to the jade; the disc is approx 3 cm. diameter.
The pendant: a few edges polisehed (max. approx. 1.5 cm.); chips to the extremities; slight irregularity to the texture of the jade; the pendant is 5.8 cm. long.
Origin: China
Period: Ming dynasty (1368-1644) and 19th century
