Unique double tone board handmade call by unknown maker. This call appears to be fashioned from a single piece of red cedar, one side double the thickness of the other. The large center was drilled out with hand drill with sides lightly sanded. The larger (left side) wall of the tone board was then hand drilled with a smaller bit making a separate but much smaller "double" wall tone board. The striker/paddle is made of cedar with a single screw/spring securing/adjustment at front in the typical style of box calls. Measures 7"L (8 1/2" paddle) x 1 5/8"W x 2"H. This call shows obvious age and light in-use wear, still exhibits a rich and authentic tone. No cracks or chips visible, very easy to operate. $50-100 (HCT-4508)
