Three Unique duck calls by W.C. Humphrey, (d. 2016) of North Carolina. 1) 4 1/4" rosewood barrel/stopper duck call with fluted barrel, brass collar band and single plastic reed. The call appears to be oil finished with a couple of in-use minor dings around horn end band, otherwise excellent with good tone that could use a bit of adjustment. 2) 4" blended maple/walnut barrel with turned rings to a cedar stopper with single plastic reed. Call is branded with WC Humphrey oval brand on barrel. Call's tone is loud and raspy, could use a bit of tuning. A very attractive effort. 3) 4 1/4" stunning turned walnut barrel duck call with brass collar band. The stopper is stag with plastic insert tone board. This call has never seen any use, remains in excellent original condition with WC Humphrey oval brand on barrel. Tone is loud and very realistic. $50-100. (YC)
