Description

Black Forest Carved John Bull Musical Humidor. Black forest figural standing John Bull wearing a top hat and a classic English suit, the figure is hinged at the waist and has an open interior for tobacco storage; when the lid is opened a small spring driven cylinder music box contained in the base is activated. Music box is in running condition, the switch which runs from the back of the hinge to the mechanism is missing, the figure has some chipping and carving loss, missing cane, left hand and rear of the hat brim, original finish. 15 in. high x 5.25 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep. Weight: 2.75 lbs.
