French, mid-19th century. A marble mantel clock with gilt metal mounts of an eagle and serpent, the dial marked Lenain Bouillet / Avesnes, strikes hours and halves on a gong; oah. 13 in., base wd. 15.75, dp. 6 in.
Provenance: Property from the Collection of Dr. M. Donald Hayes. To Be Sold Without Reserve.
Condition
Marble is intact. A little corrosion on the brass strip around the base.
