2 Watercolor Paintings by Grace Huntley Pugh (1912 - 2010). One is of a Coastal Continental town with palm trees and one is of a flowering Mountain Laurel bush. Grace Pugh worked for years in the Art Department of Young & Rubicam Advertising working on, among other things, Johnson & Johnson product print ad campaigns. Pugh was a founder of the Rockport Art Association and a member of the American Watercolor Society. Grace Pugh was also a Powers fashion model and modeled for her teacher and mentor, renowned painter, Leon Kroll. The larger town view measures 18 x 23 inches.
