Ltd. ed. 1899 Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam sgnd by Elbert Hubbard
One of just 920 copies of the First Edition. Title page with Denslow seahorse below the title. Illustrations throughout the book were designed by W. W. Denslow and have his distinctive seahorse either in the drawing or next to it. Denslow created the illustrations for The Wizard of Oz. This book printed in three colors on Boxmoor paper and bound in suede. Full limp suede leather cover completely intact with a couple of tiny spots on each cover. Front hinge pulling away from text block but still attached in the upper portion. Rear hinge just barely starting to pull from text block at bottom. Endpapers very toned, else interior very good plus. 67 pages. 5.75 x 7.875.
