Description

Polychrome painted tin dial with open escapement and Roman numerals, floral in spandrels, brass wight driven time & strike movement with original weights and pendulum. Illustrated printed paper label on interior with above names and Bristol, Conn. Mahogany case with stepped ogee crown molding over central door with original transfer and hand colored tablet entitled City Spring Baltimore, flanked by turned half columns with turned capitals and plinths over lower door with similar transfer of large city building and street scene, flanked by ogee plinths, old leaned varnish finish, 17 x 6 1/2 x 32 1/2" high.
