2 (Two) Birge & Ives for Marsh Gilbert & Co., Farmington, Conn., triple decker shelf clocks in mahogany veneered case, painted wood dial, spade and poker hands, 8 day, time and strike weight driven strap brass movement, c1832 and c1840

Condition

(1) Mahogany veneered case with gilt columns and splat in good condition has small loss on the base. Original painted dial has some stains and wear to the numbers. Minute hand is replaced. Original center mirror. Bottom tablet redone on original glass. Clean label inside. (2) Refinished mahogany veneered case has some chips and repairs on the base. Original painted dial is in nice condition for its age. Both tablets are new. Original hands. The sliding mirror for the dial is included. The wood hold down block for the movement is also included. Clean label inside. ACCESSORIES: Two Pendulums, Four Cast Iron Weights, Two Winding Cranks
