Handkerchief has shrine seals and approx. 40 signatures, all from Fukushima prefecture. Messages including "Ki Bu Un Cho Kyo". Tasuki Sash showing the message of "call to arms." Wooden plaque contains mailing address to Fukushima prefecture Abe Kikujiro. Handkerchief: 12" x 14". Sash: 57 1/2 x 3 1/2".
