French framed oil painting with clock, music box and waterfall. The oil painting on large metal panel depicting a stag hunting scene with temple ruins and stream in the foreground, and a castle set on a lake with mountains in the background. A clock tower rising above the temple with a small dial attached to a three train brass spring driven movement with silk string suspension and grand sonnerie chimes on two coiled gongs. In addition, on the hour a brass cylinder music box plays a tune and is signed, "A. Olbrich in Wien". A faux waterfall powered by a brass clockwork movement rotates two sets of glass rods to simulate the flow of water. Sight: 18.25"H x 24.25"W ; Frame: 25.5"H x 31.5"W, Circa - Mid 19th C.
