A landscape painting of 4 people and 5 cranes by Shen Maishi (1891-1986). It is an ink and watercolor on paper with a silk backing. It has a poem and 4 seals.

Dimensions are 58 inches tall X 31 1/4 inches wide. All measurements areapproximate. Condition: The painting has minor tears and creasing but is in otherwise good condition.

Provenance: Acquired in Shanghai prior to 1982.
