Architectural painted wood doll house model, early 20th c., home made two story house with glass windows and elaborate rooftop pergolas, most likely a Christmas garden house as it is electrified with a center light socket, with an open floor plan of the interior accessed through seven opening doors on the front, sides and back, very much resembles one owned by Flora Gill Jacobs which was pictured and discussed on page 59 of her book The Small World of Antique Dolls' Houses ©2005 where she noted the structure as being inspired by a ca. 1889 Washington, D.C. house, 35'' h., 31'' w., 23'' d.

Very good condition with a few detached doors and posts, electric not tested.
