Description
Charles H. Brumbaugh (1912-1994) was a Virginian who served as Chief Carpenters Mate in the U.S. Navy Reserves (active duty) during World War II. This is a collection of hand written letters he sent his wife, Edna (1911-2008, who he calls "Skip") between 1944 and 1946. All envelopes stamped "PASSED BY NAVAL CENSOR".
