Description
NATIVE AMERICAN BEADED CHILD'S / DOLL ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising a Ute-style cradle board made by artist Mary Turtle (Sioux), having wicker-like hood, deer skin/leather covering, with beaded decoration above and below the opening, mounted on a buckskin-covered board, a Crow-style doll-sized cradle board by artist Marlene Stewart (Crow), with buckskin-covered board, fully beaded above and below the cradle, bead decorated cradle straps, buckskin fringe, and rabbit fur padding, and a fully beaded baby's/doll's bonnet by artist Sherry Dawn Red Owl (Sicangu/Redbud Sioux), with red ribbon edging and tie cords. Each with seller's card or stationary bearing artist's name and additional information. Fourth quarter 20th century. Cradle boards 17 1/4" and 26" HOA.
