SHARPES / WEAVER FAMILY, HARRISONBURG, SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA PHOTOGRAPH, on card stock, depicting Sarah C. Weaver Sharpes, husband James William Sharpes, and their five children. Circa 1890. 8" x 10" OA.
Very good condition, bend to lower left corner of board, light toning.
Provenance: Descended in the Benjamin Franklin Thompson (1849-1913) family, Harrisonburg, VA.
Catalogue Note: Sarah C. Weaver Sharpes was the maker of the hand-cut valentines and show towel sold in our November 12, 2016 auction, lots 260-263.
