Description
A Romano-Egyptian figure of young Pan supporting a goat on his shoulders, c. 1st – 2nd Century AD, the youthful figure is depicted standing nude with cloak fastened at chest, both hand grasping the feet of a goat which he carries on his shoulders. Molded in nice style with good detail. H: 6 ¼ in (15.9cm). Light deposits. Ex collection of Lawrence Buchanan and Dr. Enrique von Kiguel, formed throughout the 1970's-80's.
