This lot consists of a large painting of a small section of a town. Depicted in this painting are several buildings, with pedestrians and street trolleys. On one of the street corners there is a couple that is standing at the sidewalk waiting to cross the street. Behind them there is a pole noting the Central Hotel and Restaurant. When looking at the top of the painting, the sky is a beautiful shade of blue. The painting is framed in an ornately carved gilt wooden frame. The artist has signed and dated the piece on the lower right of the painting as well.
