This lot consists of a portrait of President Harry S. Truman in glasses. The President looks straight onto the viewer with both of his hands tucked into the pockets of his suit pants. He dons a three piece suit with a white collared shirt and tie. The manner in which the artist painted the President, he looks kind and as if he has a sweet soul. On the verso of the image, on the back of the frame, there is a note, "Madary. Allentown." The painting is framed in a wooden gilt frame.
