The gilt-painted black lacquered frame centering a painted panel depicting figures in a valley before a waterfall to one face and a courting couple to the other, flanked by turned supports surmounted by urn-form finials, raised overall on bracket supports joined by a conforming turned stretcher, on casters
48" H x 21.5" W x 19" D
Provenance: Private Collection, Pasadena, CA.

Condition

Overall good condition with general wear to gilt-painted decoration and nicks, scratches and losses to frame commensurate with age. Abrasions to woman's face. Darkening and crazing to painted panels.
