Three of Clubs: Haile Selassie, the Negus, flees from the woods into Switzerland and England in serch of support and cooperation. But the little king Victor Emmanuel already shows on his temple the crown of the King of Juda. Italy at last is an empire and Mussolini its new Mars.
Eight months before the peace was signed, Ignacio Carral Icaza conceived and Antonio Arias Bernal finished drawings in the form of cards in a card deck. Prior to the close of the war, these were also used a propaganda posters. The bright colors and comical caricatures of Hitler and others are clearly representative of Bernal's mastery of his caricaturism of World War II.

He was born in the city of Aguascalientes on May 10, 1913 and died on December 30, 1960 in Mexico City . In 1932, he entered the San Carlos Academy and later began to collaborate for the magazines Vea, El Hogar, México al Día, Todo, in the newspaper Excelsior , the newspaper chain García Valseca and was a founding member of magazines Tomorrow And Always!
