Description
Intricately enameled silver and glass bowl. Depicting peacock, birds and butterflies amongst wisteria, iris and peonies. Signed and having seal mark at the underside. Meiji period; 3.5in.H. x 8.25in.D.
Condition
Overall good condition - NOTE: one(1) section of enameled decoration in between glass and silver at bottom of bowl has become detached. Please see photo #6. This shows a discoloration to the left on the silver. This represents the area where the enameled decoration has separated. It is floating in between the glass and silver.
