Description
A Chinese blue and white porcelain bowl. c. 18th century. Qing dynasty copy of Ming dynasty Xuande style. Scalloped rim round bowl, decorated with floral and foliage pattern. Xuande six-character mark in underglaze blue within a double circle. 3"h x 7 5/8"diam.
Provenance: From the collection of diplomat T. Kobayashi, acquired in Tokyo in 1960s.
