Northern Europe, Viking / Norse culture, ca. 9th to 11th century CE. A cast bronze bracelet of strap form with squared off terminals, a smooth interior, and a textured exterior. The exterior has been cast with a series of stippled lines in parallel and diamond patterns, with small concentric circles inside the diamonds that were meant to be wards against the evil eye. Still wearable! Size: 2.95" W x 0.4" H (7.5 cm x 1 cm)
