Description
Standard glaze humidor decorated with a pair of running Native American males, both having a flaming torch in each hand, the work of Harriet Wilcox in 1893. Marks include the Rookwood logo, which indicates the date, shape 672, an impressed W for White clay and the artist’s incised monogram. There is also a sticker indicating this piece as part of the Schulman Collection. There is fine overall crazing and there has been professional repair to the unmarked lid. Height is 6 1/4 inches.
