Description

Great looking BuAer G-1 flight jacket belonging to retired Lt. Col. Winston Jewson, one of the few surviving WWII and Korean War veterans. This jacket, designed by A. Pritzker & Sons was made in 1947 as indicated by the specification number 55J14. Brown leather is trimmed with a fur collar, has one inner pocket. Left outer shell has one leather patch with the soldier's name and rank, right outer shell has a Korean War Marine Attack Squadron 312 patch.From the estate of WW2 veteran Col.
