4to, 240x194 mm, half leather binding with percaline at boards, black paper at paste-downs and free-leaves, top edge gilted; pp. XXVII, 431.
Head- and final-pieces engraved.

Provenance: Ownership inscription at front paste-down (Giovanni Francesco Cipriani: “Viro illustri Comiti Johanni Francesco Cipriani Universitate Perusina suoi professori … d.d.”) together with a dedicatory letter glued at paste-down, dated 1878.
Giovanni Francesco Cipriani since 1844 was lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Perugia, then Dean of the Faculty from 1884 to 1885.
