Description
SANDWICH LATE BLOWN AND ENGRAVED PRESENTATION TEA BELL, colorless, solid handle, engraved with "Annie" within a wreath surrounded by eight-pointed stars, original clapper. Made by glass blower James Shevlin for his wife Annie Frances McLaughlin Shevlin, who, shortly before her death, presented it to funeral director Edward (Ned) Nickerson. Shevlin was a glass blower in South Boston before coming to Sandwich. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1875-1880. 5" H, 2 3/4" D.
