WILLIAM BINGHAM
(1752 - 1804) American statesman, a delegate for Pennsylvania to the Continental Congress from 1786 to 1788 and a Senator from 1795 to 1801. Partly-printed D.S., 1p. 4to. parchment, Philadelphia, Mar. 16, 1795, Certificate Number 200 issuing one share in the Philadelphia and Lancaster Turnpike Road to Alexander Scott, signed at bottom by Bingham as President. Toned a bit at folds, else very good.
