Condition consistent with age. Cleaned and relined. Possible repair to a vertical tear measuring 11 ½ inches, on the left side, extending from the top, 2 ½ inches from edge. In-painting varying in width from ¼ to 2 inches along possible tear. Over-cleaned intermittently throughout sky and in the palm trees in background. Possible in-painting measuring 1 inch in middle of foreground. A spectacular example. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS."
