MIRO JOAN: (1893-1983) Spanish Artist. A.L.S., Joan Miro, to the verso of a colour picture postcard featuring an attractive image of a small basket of pansies and other flowers with the printed greeting Bonne Annee at the head, Paris, 26th December 1928, to Alice Frey and her husband Georges Marlier, in French. Miro writes a friendly letter to his colleagues and refers to the great pleasure of being in Paris, also mentioning the preparation for one of his exhibitions in Brussels before concluding by wishing his correspondents much success in the New Year.
