BLENKO GLASS - WINSLOW ANDERSON BOWLS, LOT OF SEVEN, various colors, comprising three prototype double bowls, and four handled bowls, two handled bowls signed, "BLENKO". Mid-20th century. 1 5/8" to 4" HOA.
Teal double bowl with a crack running from the rim, remainder undamaged.
Provenance: Winslow Anderson estate sold to benefit the Huntington Museum of Art.
Catalogue Note: Winslow Anderson was the first design director at Blenko, he held this position from 1946 - 1952 before moving on as a design director for Lenox China in 1953.
