GEORGE HAND WRIGHT (AMERICAN, 1872-1951) "BACK TO EARTH" LANDSCAPE PRINT, etching on paper, issued by the Society of American Etchers, pencil signed in margin lower right, retains accompanying printed commentary by John Taylor Arms (1887-1953) and a merchant sticker for Swain's Art Store in Plainfield, NJ attached verso. Matted and housed under glass in likely original black-painted frame. Together with a Carl M. Schultheiss "The Flight into Egypt" etching, pencil signed in margin lower right, retains accompanying printed commentary by John Taylor Arms (1887-1953) and a merchant sticker for Swain's Art Store in Plainfield, NJ attached verso. Matted and housed under glass in likely original black-painted frame. Two pieces total. Circa 1944. Wright example 9 1/8" x 12 1/8" plate, 14 3/4" x 19 3/4" OA.
