Description

Lot of 2 antique civil war books: 1) "The American Soldier in the Civil War" (1894) and "The Confederate Soldier in the Civil War" (1895). Filled with great, vivid illustrations, articles, and accounts of the battles during the Civil War. Pages in both books are brittle and fairly worn, but clearly legible. Some pages/sections have separated from spine. Covers on both books are in poor/heavily worn condition - especially the outer spines (which are mostly missing). First few pages of both books are in the worst shape. Books measure 17"x11 1/2" ea.
