Regarding lot 895, the Art Nouveau mirror, the mirror has some overall age and spotting to the silvering. The frame has some light wear, particularly visible to the finish along the bottom. There is a chip to one of the lower shelves, and a split to the corner of the crest, as pictured. The acorns have a little loss to the veneer or paint.
