Description
Two Art Deco Elevator Doors. Bronze. Height: 84" Length: 21 1/2" Width: 1". One side of each door features three bordered vertical panels depicting Art Deco geometric designs including chevron and sunburst motifs. Top panel displays the Federal shield with 13 stars and 13 stripes. Provenance: From the Detroit Federal Building, also known as the Theodore Levin United States Courthouse (opened 1934).
Condition
Good Condition; doors have developed a patina from age. Small white paint drop on one door. General wear from age and use. Condition reports are available from Stefek's upon request.
