Note: Miss Morfogen was a graduate of Parsons School of Design and taught figure drawing and illustration in Parsons. She is known for lush, layered oil paintings, pastels, drawings and watercolors, portraits of children, landscapes and flowers. Her illustrations appeared in Vogue, McCalls, Town & Country, Seventeen, Ladies Home Journal and Interview, and numerous books. She was featured in American Artist for her unique methods as a noted painter and illustrator. Her paintings also served as images for the award-winning short film "A Texas Romance, 1909."
