Of archaic jade form, the square section straight-sided body rising from a short foot to a narrow tapering circular neck, with molded corners, covered overall with a pale blue-green crackled glaze, 9.8 in high. Provenance: From the estate of Professor E.T. Hall, Portland, Oregon. Acquired from C. T. Loo, New York in the 1960's. Note. Multiple hairline cracks, minor chip on body.
