Signed by Charles B. Macdonald on the limitation page. The author was a pioneer of golf in America, and he laid out the courses at the Chicago Golf Club, the National on Long Island, and Mid-Ocean at Bermuda. Light wear to boards, a few small spots of restoration, hinges skillfully restored; very good.
