Beneath the portrait, the name of the artist; J. P Droz, Fecit, An 1809. The obverse with a raised in relief depiction of the city goddess making an offering above a lit altar. Reads: Premier Hommage De La France Reconnaissante. Beneath the goddess; Par La Ville De Strasbourg, Le 24 Octobre1809, Paix De Schonbrunn. Measures 67.5mm diameter, the edge inscribed, Bronze.
