Finely potted with shallow rim, round sides everted from a bulbous lower body, above a slightly footed base. The central interior decorated in sgrafitto of stylized floral motif, all reserved in pale-creme glazed, with trace of silver ring banded along the rim.
Provenance: Consigned by the heir of M Nye, these items have records that were purchased from the estate of "The Goods & Chattels of Martha Mace". Located in New Sewickley Township, Pennsylvania; these records are dated Oct 1866.
