Description
Three pieces of early English earthenware comprising two pearlware mugs in the "Boy in the Door" pattern by Lockett & Hulme of Lane End (1819–1826) the other a footed fruit bowl or compote, likely Spode (English, founded 1767) having a peony, bamboo and fence pattern. Mugs are marked to the underside in cartouche "Opaque-China L & H". Approximate height 2.75", diameter 3.12". Fruit bowl apparently unmarked. Approximate height 4.5", width 11.12", depth 9.25".
