Description
Chinese, 19th century. Small porcelain dish of circular form with doucai decoration on tondo within two blue border rings depicting precious objects including vases, table screens and scrolls. Underside marked with Ching Dynasty period mark in blue underglaze for Jiaqing (1796-1820). Diameter approximately 4.4". Provenance: From the Estate of Anne Eng, owner of Trader Eng's / House of Eng, Atlanta, GA.
Condition
Scattered pitting with discoloration to bowl interior, exterior and base; commensurate with age. Extremely minor wear to enameled surfaces. Some adhesive residue to bowl exterior. Wear to base commensurate with shelf contact. No other damage or repair noted.
