A Victorian mahogany microscope slide cabinet containing a collection of specimens The cabinet unsigned, late 19th century With moulded top over rectangular glazed front door enclosing thirty-six drawers each containing approximately twenty-five to thirty microscope slides mostly professionally prepared including geological and mineral samples alongside chemical, botanical, entomological, zoological and some pathological including examples labelled W.
