In overall very good, approaching excellent condition, exhibiting very minor wear and indications of age and use. There are a few scattered light surface scratches to the wooden frame finish. The upholstery does not exhibit any tears or holes. There are a couple areas of small stains, dots about 1/4" in diameter, where the color is slightly lighter than the piece, like water or liquid drips.
