A FRENCH LOUIS XVI STYLE POLYCHROME ENAMEL PORCELAIN , GILT BRONZE AND ETCHED GLASS INKSTAND, LATE 20TH CENTURY, of overall lozenge shape, the clear glass base with etched trellis pattern banded by laurel sprays raised on chased cast gilt bronze mount with stylized reticulated rosettes, with an attached gilt bronze pen holder in the form of addorsed dolphins, and a gilt bronze mounted Sèvres style covered ink well with bleu celeste ground overlaid by tooled trellis pattern gilding and reserved bands of hand painted floral and laurel decoration, the hinged center opening to a gilt metal ink reservoir, marked "FF" within blue interlaced L's, "4."
