Magnificent large carved box containing 17 seals with a cover that depicts a dragon in shallow relief. The main seal is finely carved with a recumbent double head dragon on top with gilt Chinese and Manchu scripts in low relief, and the base is deeply and crisply carved with archaic characters. Complemented by 14 triangle shaped seals with gilt Chinese and Manchu scripts in low relief and 2 cylinder shaped seals with gilt Chinese and Manchu scripts.
