Description
We are very pleased to present this stunning unmarked green dual tab bulbous vase finished in a Teco style green. Our vase is definitely from the 1905-1920 era, but we have tried at least a dozen major potters, and have been unable to positively ID the maker. The green is definitely a exact match to Teco examples, and is not right for Gruby, and she does not appear to be by North Dakota Mines, Roseville, Owens, Peters & Reed, or Weller. We even looked at Niloak, McCoy, Hull, Haeger, Van Briggle, and Zanesville. The base sports the pre WWI ground seating rim, with a full internal glaze, a trademark of that era. This is a splendid antique American matte green pottery vase, in a rare form, and in great condition. Measures 3.50x3.50x9" wt is 12 oz
