Description
(2) French Chantilly cups and saucers, 18th C. Soft paste porcelain cup and saucer decorated in blue underglaze with flowering sprigs. Both with Chantilly blue hunting horn mark, and initials. Circa 1760. Diameter saucer: 4 ¾ inches. Height cup: 3 ½ inches; Cup and saucer with polychrome Kakiemon style decoration. The saucer with Chantilly iron red hunting horn mark. Circa 1760. Diameter saucer: 4 7/8 inches. Height cup: 1 7/8 inches.
Condition
Blue and white cup and saucer are in very good condition, no losses noted. Cup has kiln cavity on inside near top, near handle.
Poly Chrome cup and saucer: very good condition, no losses noted. Saucer has a small indentation on rim of foot consistent with the whole foot. Cup handle is broken and missing. Cup matches saucer but is unmarked.
